Ingredients:
75g hulled strawberries
40 ml Bottlegreen Sweet Lime Cordial
50 ml White rum
A scoop of Bottlegreen Elderflower sorbet
Method:
Put the fruit into a pyrex jug and add the Lime Cordial and rum.
Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
Put about two tablespoons of crushed ice into a cocktail glass.
Pour over the drink and then top with a scoop of Bottlegreen Elderflower sorbet.
Quick Tip
When making a few of these cocktails, a larger blender or food processor can be used to puree the strawberries.
