The promoter is Bottlegreen Drinks Co., Gloucestershire, GL5 5ET. Minimum age for entry is 18. By uploading your materials (including images and/or written copy) to the Bottlegreen Drinks Co. web site (www.bottlegreen.co.uk) you:
i) guarantee to Bottlegreen Drinks Co. that you are the legal owner of the copyright to all images and/or written copy that you upload, and that you have the authority to grant permission to use both image (be it photo / illustration / painting or any other graphic style) and/or written copy, and that you have the permission of any people that may appear in your images to use their likeness, and equally you have the permission to use the names or quotes of those featured in your entry.
ii) give Bottlegreen Drinks Co. permanent and sole rights of usage of the images and/or written copy for any manner and in any medium that is required - including Bottlegreen product labels and promotional materials, including marketing and communications literature. You also agree that you will not receive any royalties or fees for the use of your image and/or written copy.
iii) allow Bottlegreen Drinks Co. the right to adapt your images and/or written copy as required. I also understand that Bottlegreen has full rights and by uploading images and/or written copy I waver any rights to the images and/or written copy and may not sell or use them for any purpose whatsoever, without obtaining prior written consent from Bottlegreen Drinks Co.
iv) agree not to upload images and/or written copy that includes pornographic, violent, exploitative or offensive content. You agree to assume responsibility for any offense or damage images may cause.
v) acknowledge that Bottlegreen Drinks Co. reserves the right to delete or modify any images and/or written copy that it considers inappropriate for any reason.
vi) agree to participate in promotional activity including PR and a photoshoot, should it be required of you.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entry is by the form on the Bottlegreen Drinks Co. website only. Winners will be picked monthly and notified within 28 working days of close of competitions. The winner will receive the prize stated in the competition copy. No cash alternative is available. Employees of Bottlegreen Drinks Co. and their immediate families, agents or anyone who is connected with the promotion are excluded from entry. Details of the winners (surname and county) are available upon written request to Bottlegreen Drinks Co. Frogmarsh Mill, South Woodchester GL5 5ET. Winner maybe used for publicity purposes.
