A winter Cordial that one could heat up in a pan on the stove.
I just came back from Annecy in France where they were serving "home made" hot cordials and they were very popular.
So many of my friends have been pouring hot mulled wine this year - the problem with that is that it is alcoholic so not suitable for kids/drivers etc. and it is er...an acquired taste!
A nice healthy hot grog, sans alcohol from Bottle Green made with yummy Cotswold winter fruits. Just what the Country needs!
Happy New Year!

I think it would depend on which cordial you were using for best booze to add, it would be fun experimenting! There are quite a few recipies around the internet to check out. But I've tried the elderflower cordial on its own warm and its not only a great comfort drink its fab for soothing colds!

Warm red wine with Spiced Berry is good! I also drink the Ginger & Lemongrass hot but never thought about adding brandy to it before....maybe I will tonight to celebrate the Easter break starting :)
